This Paprika Salad Ranks Among Easily Prepared Recipes

If you want to add a different salad variant to your table and create diversity, we offer you a paprika salad which is quite simple to make.

Things You Need

750 g organic peppers

1 cucumber

1 pot of organic basil

50 -75 g sunflower seeds

Balsamic vinegar (dark)

3 spoons olive oil

2 spoons chilli sauce


1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper

Preparation Of The Paprika Salad Recipe

All vegetables are finely chopped, mixed with olive oil and salt. Wash the peppers, clean and cut into pieces about half a cm in size. Wash the cucumber, halve lengthways, core and cut the halves into fine slices. Wash the basil, shake it dry and pluck it small.

Roast sunflower seeds in a frying pan until they are fried enough and allow to cool. Mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, chilli sauce, honey, a bit  water, season with salt and pepper and mix it with paprika and the rest of the ingredients. It can taste  good with crispy baguette  combination. Advice : Use thyme and oregano instead of basil if you want.

For Extra Salad Sauce;

Beat some garlic well and put into a bowl. Add 2 spoons of olive oil and half a lemon with little salt and mix well.
