1 cup of bulgur

2 cups of turnip juice

In order to prepare the salad, you have to put first the bulgur into the pan and 2 cups of boiled water. After the water is taken from the stove let it on a side to cool. The greens are washed and finely chopped into a bowl. The gherkins are small, chopped and pickled on the greens.

Add the greens and gherkins on the bulgur. Finally, corn, oil and lemon juice are added and mixed well. The salad is ready to be served!
