Avocado 1 medium size
Cherry tomatoes 2 cups
Lime juice 1
Olive oil 3 teaspoons
Onion 1 small, finely diced
Basil or Salt and pepper to taste

Cut the tomatoes and the onions first and finally the avocado so that it does not turn brown. Then squeeze out the lime and chop the parsley or take frozen ones.
How To Prepare The Avocado?
To simply toss the avocado and avoid awful gems and smears, it is helpful to first cut the avocado in half, then remove the core and pull it out. Then you cut with a knife along and parallel to the avocado, but not so deep that you cut the shell. Then you can just spoon out the dice with a tablespoon.
Put the tomatoes, avocado cubes, onion and lime juice in a salad bowl. Add the olive oil and season with pepper and salt. Add coriander or basil as desired.
