250 g noodle
200 g peas
150 g meat sausage, in one piece
1 glass of asparagus (and half of the juice)
1 can of tangerines (and half of the juice)
50 g mayonnaise
5 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoons oil
50 g ketchup
A bit of salt
Boil noodle in salted water for about 8 -10 minutes. Then allow to cool or quench briefly. Cook the peas for pasta salad and then set them aside. Please also give the peas a little salt to the cooking water. Also quench the peas or allow to cool. Finely chop the cucumbers, the cheese, the asparagus and the meat sausage. Drain the tangerines from the tin and cut it into small pieces.
Then mix everything with ketchup, a little mayonnaise, the vinegar, oil and a little mandarin juice. Then mix this mixture with the cooled noodles. Finally, the peas come in the pasta salad. Suffice these very carefully. Season the noodle salad with salt and pepper. The salad is enough for 5 to 7 people and is quickly prepared in 30 minutes.
The best way for a good and classic pasta salad is, if you let it in the fridge for a night. Season again with mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
