1 kg of organic potatoes
350 g smoked salmon in slices
1 small cucumber
1 tablespoon dill
100 g of yogurt
2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Peel and cook the small potatoes (organic potatoes) and let them cool. Halve the potatoes and place in a bowl with a lid.
Cut the cucumbers into cubes and mince the shallots. Divide the smoked salmon into equal pieces and add everything to the potatoes.
