1-2 handfuls of pickles salad
1-2 handfuls of almonds
2 tablespoons of maple syrup or honey
1 packet Mozzarella
Good olive oil
Step By Step Orange-Mozzarella Salad
In the first step, you only candidate the almonds in maple syrup or honey for a very short time. For this, you heat the syrup or the honey in the pan over medium heat. It must be warm. Now put the almonds in the pan and swirl them until the almonds are completely covered by the syrup glaze. Then fry for a further 5 minutes over low heat to get it crispy. Peel the oranges, split them into slices. Dice mozzarella small.
Mix olive oil, orange juice, salt, mint and the basil well, then add the mozzarella and pieces of orange. If necessary, add some more salt.
If you buy organic oranges, you can rub off the shell before filleting and either add to the salad or make a curd. Now put some lettuce on the plate, mix it with orange fruit and almonds. Tear mozzarella into pieces and pour some olive oil and balsamic over it. With some watercress or rocket, you make this salad a little spicier.
