The Light Salmon- Avocado Salad For The Lunch Break

Today, there is a recipe for an avocado and salmon salad that can be healthier than many other recipes. Salmon can be prepared in a variety of ways. If you want it to be light and fresh, this starter is just the ticket. Thanks to the acidity of the lemon, the salmon is cooked easily and makes a delicious duet with the rich avocado.

Ingredients You Need

500 g salmon fillet

Iodized salt

White pepper

2 limes

Rapeseed oil

125 g of rocket

2 small avocados

4 bars of celery

2 tomatoes

3 tablespoons of salad cream

1 bunch dill

Salad Preparation

Wash the lime with hot water, rub dry the skin, then squeeze out the limes. Rinse salmon, pat dry and cut into bite-sized pieces. Drizzle with half of the lime juice, salt and pepper.

Heat and simmer the salmon pieces for about 5 minutes. Clean the rocket, wash and drain well. Peel and halve the avocados, cut it into slices and drizzle with the remaining lime juice. Clean and wash the celery and tomatoes. Cut blanched celery into pens. Halve the tomatoes, cut out the stalks. Core the tomatoes and finely dice them.

Place the salmon with the remaining salad ingredients on plates. Finally stir in the finely chopped dill. Pour some mayonnaise over the salmon salad and add the rest to the salmon salad.
