The potatoes are cooked as boiled potatoes with a little salt. In the meantime, the various types of sausage and the piece of cheese are diced into small uniform pieces and then placed in a correspondingly large bowl. The onion is added after being peeled and also finely diced. The special note is the taste of gherkins. Please cut them into small pieces and put them in the bowl. After the potatoes are cooked soft, they are freed from the skin and allowed to cool properly, then also diced to give the previous ingredients. Mix the egg yolks with the lemon juice, salt and pepper in a jar with the help of the whisk. The oil is best added dropwise at the beginning. While constantly beating, add the oil until a creamy substance results. The mayonnaise prepared in this way is now added to the bowl with the other ingredients, the meat salad, the capers and an oiled mustard, mixed with salt and pepper.
