Small onion

1 pinch of salt and pepper

Prepare The Salad

Divide cauliflower into small florets and simmer briefly. Peel the onion and cut into thin strips. Add lemon juice, olive oil, cider vinegar, and salt and pepper to a dressing. Mix cauliflower with the remaining ingredients and let it pass well with the dressing.
