Spontaneous Pasta Salad With Vegetables

This vegetable pasta salad is an ingenious remnant of vegetables. Any vegetables left over or eaten is welcome in the salad. The salad is quick and easy to prepare. Since only vegetables could be a bit boring, pasta is still lifted under the salad.

The harmonious salad dressing with many vegetable ingredients makes this salad a vitalizing experience. Prepared in the evening, it can also be taken to work very well the next day

The Following Ingredients Are Needed

250 g pasta

250 g mushrooms

5 spoons of olive oil

1 onion

1 pepper

1 large zucchini

5 tomatoes

Salt and  pepper

Vinegar

2 cloves og garlic

Fresh basil

Vegetable Pasta Salad Recipe

Wash and clean the vegetables. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Cut the remaining vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Put the olive oil in a pan and fry the onion and garlic in a glass. Add zucchini and paprika and fry them for 5 minutes. Now put the mushrooms and tomatoes in the pan and let them fry for a few minutes.

Cook the pasta bite-proof according to the package instructions. Drain and quenched with cold water. Put the pasta in a bowl on the serving plate. Distribute the vegetables over it, mix well, season again if necessary. Refrigerate or serve directly.
