The Following Ingredients Are Needed
250 g pasta
250 g mushrooms
5 spoons of olive oil
1 large zucchini
Salt and pepper
2 cloves og garlic
Vegetable Pasta Salad Recipe
Wash and clean the vegetables. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Cut the remaining vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Put the olive oil in a pan and fry the onion and garlic in a glass. Add zucchini and paprika and fry them for 5 minutes. Now put the mushrooms and tomatoes in the pan and let them fry for a few minutes.
Cook the pasta bite-proof according to the package instructions. Drain and quenched with cold water. Put the pasta in a bowl on the serving plate. Distribute the vegetables over it, mix well, season again if necessary. Refrigerate or serve directly.
