You are allowed to mix roasted sunflower seeds and honey dressing under the spinach leaves.
Ingredients That You Need
500 g spinach
2 chicken breast fillets
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 clove of garlic
3 tablespoons honey
1 red onion
2 tablespoons of sunflower seeds

Wrap the chicken breast fillets in cling film and gently plate with a pan. Rub in with 2 teaspoons vegetable oil and season with salt and pepper. Roast for about 5 minutes in a grill pan per side. Remove from the pan and let rest briefly. Cut into pieces and put aside. Peel the onion, halve and cut into thin slices. Wash the spinach. Peel and chop the garlic. Peel the mango, remove fruit cubes along the kernel and dice.
Mix the spinach and mango in a bowl and put aside. Roast sunflower seeds without oil in a pan and put aside. Heat the remaining vegetable oil in the same pan. Roast onion and garlic for about 1 minute and mix with the salad.
