Seafood Salad: Ready For Something Fresh?

This variant is very simple and goes very fast. We usually take a mixture and then shrimp it. Wash your seafood under running water. If you choose frozen seafood, it’s better to let it thaw in the fridge for one day. Of course, it is also enough overnight. Pour the water then carefully and rinse the seafood again under running water.

In the meantime, squeeze the juice of a lemon into a bowl, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, a little white balsamic, salt, and pepper and mix them well. Add some chopped parsley. Cover a flat plate with a few salad leaves, add the seafood salad and add a few pieces of lemon. Garnish with a few parsley leaves and serve with oven fresh dish and white wine.

Preparing The Tubes

The tubes are thoroughly rinsed out and everything inside is removed, especially the chitin shield, which looks like a transparent piece of plastic, has to be pulled out. Cut the tubes into rings and place in a sieve to drain. The tentacles are cut so close to the head that they just stick together. Give to the squid rings. Heat some olive oil in a shallow pot, cook the well-dripped squid for about three to four minutes and season with salt, pepper, and lemon. Put in a bowl and put aside.
