Recipe For The Exotic Fruit Salad

Mango, fruit, and papaya combined with fresh yogurt mousse- This is a simple and delicious dessert. The exotic fruit salad is a light and delicious end to a wonderful evening.

Ingredients For 2 Servings

1.5 sheets of gelatine

300 g of yogurt

1 tsp honey

½ lime

75 g of pineapple

75 ml of milk

125 g of papaya

2 mango

1 banana

50 g of Physalis

1 passion fruit

1 Granadilla

1 kiwi

Best Ever Tropical Fruit Salad

Put the gelatine in cold water and soak it for 5-10 minutes. Mix 250 g of yogurt with milk and honey and set aside. Heat 50 ml milk and 50 g yogurt in a saucepan. Gently squeeze soaked gelatine out by hand, add mass to warm yogurt milk and stir well. Add mass to the cold yogurt milk and mix well. Refine with the juice of half a lime and put it in the fridge for at least one hour.

Meanwhile, free the pineapple, papaya, and mango from the shell and dice. Slice banana. Carefully mix the fruits in a bowl. Put aside.

Squeeze out the limes and put the juice in a small bowl. Halve the passion fruit and mix the pulp with sugar and cinnamon under the lime juice. Put the finished dressing over the fruit salad, mix well and serve with fresh mint.
