Salads do not always have to taste the same and be boring. Spices make a great deal, especially the combination of chicken and curry make the salad totally delicious, as our healthy low carb curried chicken salad proves.

Ingredients For 1 Serving

125 g chicken fillet

15 g of planed parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper

1 spoon oil

Small Romana salad

1 tomato

150 g low-fat yogurt

Light balsamic vinegar

1 teaspoon curry powder

Cut the chicken breast into thin strips. Mix a quick marinade with olive oil, salt, and curry powder. Place the chicken breast strips in the marinade. Mix well until the meat is completely covered, then set aside for half an hour.

Preparation Estimated Time: 15-20 Minutes

Salt the chicken fillet, pepper and fry in a coated pan in hot oil on both sides. Cut the Romana salad into bite-sized pieces. Core the tomato and dice, arrange with the salad on a plate. Thoroughly mix the yogurt with balsamic and curry powder, season with salt and pepper. Slice chicken fillet on top of the salad. Dressing and sliced Parmesan comes over it.
