The spaghetti salad is the classic among the pasta salads. We show how fast it succeeds and how to refine it.
What Do You Need For The Salad?
500 g spaghetti
1 pack of cheese or feta
150 g cocktail tomato
100 g of rocket
1 handful of pine nuts
For the dressing:
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper
1 clove of garlic
How Is It Prepared?
Break the spaghetti apart in the middle, pour into boiling salted water and cook until it is firmed. Then quench with cold water. Roll the cheese. Wash and halve the cocktail tomatoes.
Peel the cucumber and cut it into 1 cm thick slices and quarter it. Wash the rocket, drain well and pluck small. Make the dressing with oil, balsamic and the spices.
Mix the spaghetti with cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers and pine nuts with the dressing in a bowl. Chill the spaghetti salad and add the rocket shortly before serving.
For The Salad Sauce
Mix the crèmefine with the yoghurt and the ketchup into a sauce. You can season it to taste with tabasco, vinegar, salt, pepper and paprika and then strain into the salad recipes.
