700 g Potatoes
1 teaspoon of salt
4 branch / Oregano
Red wine vinegar

1 small red Onion, finely chopped
200 g Tuna natural, drained

The potatoes are washed under running water and boiled for 25-30 minutes in a pot of salted water. For the cream, drain the tuna and mix it with the egg yolks, 4 -5 tablespoons of the broth, 3 tablespoons of vinegar, the capers and the juice of the lemon. Then everything is pureed and the olive oil is added. Salt and pepper is tasted. Once the potatoes are cooked and chilled, they are peeled and sliced lengthwise. The radicchio is washed, cut into bite-sized pieces and served with the potatoes on plates. The remaining broth is warmed and poured over the salad. Finally, the spring onions are washed and cut into rings, which are then spread over the potatoes along with the tuna cream.
The salad should be well seasoned. This salad can be changed as you like (olives, artichoke -quartered). Let it simmer for about 45 minutes, then season again, as the potatoes absorb very strongly. Put it decoratively on plates and serve.
