A quick, simple and nutritious salad! Balela is a middle eastern salad with chickpeas, black beans, parsley, and spices. There are variations using peppermint, cumin, and other sweeteners, but this is pretty simple. Experience: abundant protein and bean salad is very healthy.

1 cup pine peas
1 green pepper

Pour puffed peas with three times the amount of water, Soak for half a day minimum and then simmer in the liquid for about 1 hour, if necessary add water. Drain and allow to cool. Chop dried tomatoes and soak in olive oil. Halve olives and cherry tomatoes. Cut the pepper into small pieces.
Pour chickpeas with the olives and tomatoes. Mix the ingredients for the dressing, season to taste and pour over the salad. If the amount for the dressing is not enough for you, add more after your feeling. Anyway, that was a completely different taste experience and very tasty!
Combine garbanzo beans, black beans, tomatoes, onions, parsley, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl. Leave the flavors to stir for 15 to 30 minutes.
