10 walnuts

1 avocado

1/2 lemon

1 tbsp olive oil

Peel the mango and cut the pulp into thin slices. Wash the rocket and drain. We peel the crusts of mangos and turn them into cubes. We mix the greens with lemon juice, salt, and olive oil and add the mangoes. Halve the avocado, remove the core and cut into small pieces. Put the Arugula, mango, avocado, and nuts in a bowl and mix gently. Squeeze out the lemon half and catch the juice. For the dressing, mix the lemon juice, olive oil, mustard, and some salt and pepper. Give the dressing just before serving on the salad. Ready is the rocket mango and nut salad.
