Onion 1 piece
Pure sunflower oil 2 tablespoons
Minced meat, mixed 350 g
Spicy sauce mix
Iceberg salad 1
Corn 250ml 1 can
Milk, (1.5% fat) 1 tablespoon
Tortilla chips, (150 g)
Salt and pepper
Preparation Of The Mexican Taco Salad
Peel the onion and dice. In a pan, heat pure sunflower oil, fry the onion and fry also the minced meat. Season with the mixture and allow to cool.
Clean and wash the iceberg salad and cut into strips. Put it in a large bowl. Wash the pepper, remove the seeds and white skins, cut into cubes and sprinkle over the iceberg salad. Distribute minced meat on it.
Drain the corn and beans and spread on the minced meat. Pour spicy sauce over the salad. Mix sour cream with milk, season with salt and pepper and spread over the sauce. Garnish with tortilla chips. Serve with roast or grilled meats.
