1 bunch of birch trees

1 bay leaf, divided

1 cup of sour cream

1/2 liter chicken broth, degreased

1 apple, sour, peeled and diced

Make chicken legs (or 2 small fried chicken) with greens, bay leaf, pepper and salt cold and cook until the meat is easy to remove from the bones. Remove the chicken thighs from the stock, let cool. Strain the bottom and allow to cool.

Chicken salad with curry and Turkish yoghurt

3 chicken breast fillet (s)

2 slice / s pineapple

4 tablespoons pineapple juice

1 big apple, sourish

1 small onion (s)

3 egg (s)

1 cup of natural yoghurt, small

1 teaspoon mayonnaise, at will

1 teaspoon curry powder

 a bit of salt

1 tablespoon broth, grained

Free the meat from any sinews and skin remnants and cook in a saucepan with boiling water and the grained broth, remove and place in a cool place.
