Some stems of coriander leaves
4 oranges ( blood oranges)
2 tablespoons olives
Paprika powder sweet

Prepare The Salad
Peel the oranges including the white skin. Slice the orange. Peel the onion and cut into wafer-thin rings. Cut the stoned olives into eighths. Add cinnamon, cayenne pepper and paprika. Bark the coriander, shake dry and peel off the leaves.

Leave coriander leaves whole or chop them roughly. Layer the orange in a bowl and sprinkle the individual orange layers with a little spice mixture. Sprinkle the layer with a few onion rings and pieces of olive oil and a few coriander leaves and add a few drops of olive oil.
