Convince Yourself With Our Mango – Chili Salad Recipe

The sweetness of the mango and the hotness of the chili combine wonderfully in this recipe for the exotic, quickly prepared chili – mango salad.

A mango salad is a great recipe for a light appetizer or an exotic side dish with fish and meat. For special occasions fillet the mango and arrange the salad on it.

2 Tablespoons Sweet Chili Sauce

1 mango

1 carrot, small and peeled

Some salt and mill pepper

1 Palatine carrot

2 chilies- red, small, gutted and cut into thin strips

1/4 bunch of coriander, chopped

10 g of ginger, peeled, chopped

2 limes, juice and peel, freshly grated

30 g peanuts, peeled and roasted briefly in a hot pan

Options For The Recipe

All ingredients are available in large food departments. Instead of the homemade sweet chili sauce use finished products. Replace roasted peanuts with purchased spicy peanuts. Garnish the finished dish with coriander and salad tips. Set up scampi baked in a peanut coat on the mango salad. Replace mango with green papaya as you like.

Chili Salad

-Clean the chili and core, peel ginger, chop finely. 

-Mix with rice vinegar, sesame and sunflower oil, spice and salt. 

-Peel the mango and cut it into strips. Clean the lettuce and spin it dry, if necessary, pick it up.

-Mix the salad with the dressing and serve it on 2 plates.
