500 g of broccoli
Olive oil, sugar, salt, pepper
Half bunch of chives
Steps To Prepare The Salad
Wash the broccoli, shake and cut the florets as far as possible so that they can be easily torn apart. Divide the florets into pieces as small as possible. If you like, you can cut the remaining broccoli stalks into very fine slices and place them in a salad bowl.
Halve limes and squeeze them out. Put 4 -5 tablespoons of lime juice, oil, sugar, salt, pepper in an empty jam jar, cover and shake vigorously. Pour over the broccoli and leave it for about 30 minutes. Wash the pear, quarter, core it and slice it. Mix with lime juice. Lift the pear under the salad. Season with salt and pepper. Cut the chives in small pieces with a pair of scissors, crumble the walnuts with your hands.
