Ingredients For 3-4 Servings
175 g of beef
200 g noodles
1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 or 2 pieces of carrot
Ginger and sherry
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 piece of onion
5 pieces mushrooms (dried)
1 teaspoon salt
How Should You Prepare Beef Noodles?
Soak the mushrooms in half a liter of hot water. Cut meat into thin strips. Mix dark soy sauce, sherry, and cornflour. Let the meat soak for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, cut the onion into thin ring shapes and carrots into thin slices. Halve the peas at an angle.
Heat oil in a pot (best coated). Fry the onion in a mild heat until they are brown. Add soup, season with ginger and chili. Cook the soup lightly for about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the noodles in salted water until they are firm. Strain mushrooms through a fine sieve and collect soaking water. Cut mushrooms into thin slices. Add the carrots, mushrooms and soaking water to the soup and cook gently for 2 minutes. Add peas, boil briefly.
Heat in wok oil. Fry the meat briefly while stirring. Add the meat and bean sprouts to the soup and bring it to boil. Season the soup with light soy sauce and sherry.
Drain the noodles and distribute in large soup bowls. Remove meat, vegetables, and sprouts from the soup and spread on the noodles. Fill bowls with soup. Serve the pasta pot sprinkled.
