Bean Salad Which You Can Wonderfully Complement

We love fresh vegetables and fresh salad. The supply in winter, however, is significantly reduced. This bean salad is a great way to prepare a delicious salad with all year round food available.

In this salad comes healthy vegetables. The beans provide plenty of protein and fiber. A simple vegetarian dish that can be prepared without special expertise.

Bean Salad

Recipe For 3-4 Persons

250 g of green beans

1 onion

1 pepper

White beans

2 tablespoons wine vinegar

2 tablespoons sour cream

1/2 tsp mustard

1/2 teaspoon ketchup

1/2 teaspoon horseradish

Salt

Pepper

1 tbsp oil

Chopped thyme

Clean the green beans, wash and cook in boiling salted water for 6-8 minutes. Drain into a sieve, quench it cold and drain well. Put it in a large bowl. Peel the onion and cut into thin rings. Cut the peppers in half and corer them, wash them and dice them. Drain the beans and white beans into a sieve, bake cold and drain well. Then add onion, paprika and white beans to the green beans.

For the dressing, stir in vinegar, sour cream, mustard, tomato, oil and thyme, season with salt and pepper. Mix with the salad ingredients and allow the bean salad to strain for about 5 minutes until serving.
