Ingredients For The Salad And Chickpeas
1 green lettuce
2 tablespoons hummus
1 hand full of fresh basil
1/2 lemon juice
1 clove of garlic
200 g boiled chickpeas
Salt and pepper
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon olive oil
Preparing The Salad
First, the chickpeas are prepared. Marinate the chickpeas with olive oil, honey or syrup and spices. Cut the chicken fillet into strips and put it in a little oil in the pan. If the chicken fillets on both sides have a light golden brown color, you can infuse it with the marinade. Continue frying the chicken strips until the marinade has completely evaporated.
Wash the lettuce and pluck it into bite-sized pieces. For the salad, mix hummus, lemon juice and a finely chopped garlic clove.
Roast the chickpeas on a baking tray for about 10-15 minutes. Turn it over a few times to make it evenly brown and crispy.
