This is a new recipe that we tried. And because we liked it so much, we decided to share it with you.
But this time we added more ingredients and so we decided to publish the recipe for pasta with spinach and burrata.

Ingredients For The Pasta With Spinach
250 grams of pasta
2 spoons olive oil
2 large yolks
1 lemon: grated peel
1-2 garlic cloves
350 grams of frozen leaf spinach
Salt and black pepper

Spinach Pasta Recipes
Stir olive oil, egg yolks, lemon and garlic in a small bowl. Cut Burrata into pieces. Put the leaf spinach in a small saucepan with a little water and heat until covered. Once the spinach has thawed, drain off excess water and season the spinach.
Boil the noodles in salted water, drain and put the hot spinach back into the pot. Add the egg yolk mixture immediately, add some boiled water if necessary. Add half of Burrata, season to taste.
Spread the pasta on 2 preheated plates, add the rest of the burrata, sprinkle with the pine nuts, grate with pepper and serve immediately.
