2 tbsp. (10 ml) Dijon mustard
1 clove of garlic, chopped
1/4 c. tea (1 ml) salt

4 small chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
10 cups (2.5 l) romaine lettuce, in pieces
croutons
3/4 cup (180 mL) pre-shredded Italian cheese mix or 1/3 cup (80 mL) freshly grated Canadian Parmesan cheese

For vinaigrette :
1 cup (250 ml) of milk
1/2 cup (125 mL) light mayonnaise
1 C. (15 mL) Dijon mustard
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 C. (5 mL) anchovy paste, (optional)
1/2 c. (2 ml) salt
1/4 c. 1 tsp pepper
1/4 cup (50 mL) lemon juice

Grilled Chicken Salad Recipe Easy For Diet Healthy

-Vinaigrette
