Ingredients -
3/4 cup Real Mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon Ground Ginger (optional)
1/2 teaspoon Coarse Salt
3 cups cubed Cooked Chicken
1-1/2 cups Red Seedless Grapes, halved
1 cup sliced Celery
1/3 cup sliced Green Onions
1/2 cup broken Walnuts
Preparation:
1. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ground ginger and salt.
2. Stir in cooked chicken, grape halves, celery and green onions.
3. Cover and chill.
4. Garnish with walnuts.

To cut a few calories from this recipe, substitute light mayonnaise for the regular mayonnaise.

For variation, grill the chicken breasts over direct heat, 4-5 minutes, turn and grill the other side. Allow chicken to cool before cubing.
