1. Whisk white wine vinegar, minced shallots, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper in a small bowl to combine. Gradually pour olive oil in while constantly whisking.
2. Add salad greens to large serving bowl.
3. Add half the vinaigrette and toss to coat.
4. Divide salad greens among 4 individual salad plates. Top greens with chicken, egg, bacon, tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, and blue cheese.
5. Drizzle salads with remaining vinaigrette. |
